This Duvet uses 100% pure Mulberry Silk material as the centre, which weighs 2kg. This weight is suitable for any season, from hot summer to cold weather. Silkworm cocoons weigh only about 1 gram each and must undergo manual processing to become continuous filaments, making silk quilts exceptionally precious—a joint masterpiece of human ingenuity and nature. Silk quilts offer the best breathability, feel gentle against the skin, and promote better sleep. Unlike cotton quilts, they don't require frequent airing out, and they conform to the body more effectively than synthetic materials like polyester.
Down comforters or wool blankets utilise animal body hair, and the collection process causes animals distress and unhappiness.
